Term & Condition

Step 1: Message the product details:

• Customer Name
• Product Code
• Quantity of purchase

Step 2: Wait for an email confirmation from Scarf Heaven (product availability)

Step 3: Once received confirmation note, a full payment to be made by customer with reference of online or slip payment before item can be deliver with such details:

• Method of delivery (Self Pickup, Post or delivery)
• Postal Address
• Contact Number
• Payment Method (Maybank2u.com, Cimbclicks or any direct transfer bank-to-bank)
• Mode of shipping (Pos Laju or PostExpress)

Step 4: Packging and send the products

• Products will only be post after Scarf Heaven get the prove of the payment (email the transfer fund script)
• Order will not complete and cancelled if Scarf Heaven do not receive any payment from customer within 3 days.
• Once all complete then the product will be sent within 1-3 days of working hours (approximately)

Postal Charge: RM6 applicable to all carrier used by Scarf Heaven.

Delivery Service Charge: F.O.C (Cover area Shah Alam, PJ, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya) other Klang Valley are RM3 will be charge accordingly.

Other Term & Condition: Home delivery (Saturday & Sunday only) with minimum purchase of 2.
